SCOTT CITY, Mo. — Orley Elwood Jackson, 82, died June 29, 2019, at Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau.
Born May 29, 1937, in Fornfelt, son of the late William M. and Dora Mae Henderson Jackson, he was an owner/operator of Twin City Auto Sales and Twin City Towing.
On Sept. 16, 1956, in Rochelle, Ill., he married Betty Jo Anders, who survives of the home.
In addition to his wife, survivors include: two sons, two sons, Ricky Jackson of Patton and Carmon (Ashley) Jackson of Scott City; two daughters, Cathy (Mike) Reagan of Patton and Carla (Rodney) Carlyle of Scott City; one sister, Ruby Tackett of Zalma; and 18 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren.
He was also preceded in death by four brothers and six sisters.
Visitation will be from 2 p.m. until service time at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Amick-Burnett Chapel in Scott City with the Rev. Randy Morse officiating.
