Students of the Month named

SIKESTON — Jordan Lin and Ethan Presley were named Sikeston High School Students of the Month for January.

Sikeston Public Schools Foundation, which sponsors the monthly program, names two seniors each month for the honor during the 2019-2020 school year.

Lin is the daughter of Judy Xie and Tim Lin. She is involved in the National Honor Society, DECA, Future Business Leaders of America, Model United Nations, A+ Program and Student Council. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and spending time with friends and family.

Presley, who is the son of Kevin and Julie Presley, is currently involved in DECA, NHS, FBLA, Student Council, and he serves as a BUMS officer. In the past he was involved in A+ tutoring, FCA, Link Crew, Youth in Government and the debate team. His hobbies include hanging out with friends, going to Sikeston sporting events, playing video games and card games and going to the river.
