First State Community Bank awarding scholarship to Portageville graduate

PORTAGEVILLE, Mo. — First State Community Bank (FSCB) is awarding a $1,000-scholarship to a 2020 Portageville High School graduate. Applications may be picked up at FSCB, 801 Highway 61 North, Portageville or from the high school counselor, Lisa Day. All applications should be returned to Day by March 31.
