New Madrid Co. R-1 school counselors started the celebration of National School Counseling Week with their annual guidance advisory council lunch. Each counselor presented information about the different aspects of being a school counselor to staff, parents, board members and community members. The lunch was provided by the Technical Skills Culinary Arts class taught by Katherine Stanley.
