SIKESTON — Sikeston will have a new food option beginning Monday.

At 10 a.m. Monday, Rally’s will open at 533 N. Main, next to Rhodes.

“The Sikeston community has been a staple community in Southeast Missouri for many years,” said Brent Anderson, vice president of operations at PAJCO Inc. “The continued growth and development of the market and community made it an easy decision to open this exciting new brand in a town known for it’s hospitality.”

Anderson said the new restaurant will bring over 70 jobs to the market and will offer food quickly.

“With this being a drive-thru based business, we won’t be your typical fast food restaurant. Our menu allows for nearly every item to be cooked in 45 seconds or less and our goal is to have your food to you in under three minutes,” Anderson said.

He added the menu is also an affordable indulgence that is “full of flavor, variety and constant innovation” and includes their popular french fries.

Rally’s will also have long hours, built for the late night crowd, opening at 10 a.m. daily and staying open to 1 a.m. Sunday through Thursday and to 3 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.

“We are very excited to bring Rally’s to Southeast Missouri and specifically the wonderful community of Sikeston, Missouri,” Anderson said. “From the absolutely incredible team we have assembled, to the hyper speed of our drive-thru, along with the anytime attitude with our extended late night hours, this will allow us to wow our customers with the most indulgent menu at an amazing price.”
