Your paper has been photographing Officer Andrew Cooper for something like 20 years, but the minute he is charged with killing someone while drunk driving, his mugshot is unavailable? Sikeston DPS has been draconian in their prosecution of drunk drivers who don’t wear a badge, while turning a blind eye to officers doing the same things.
