Law enforcement seeks public assistance for missing Pemiscot County man

CARUTHERSVILLE, Mo. — The Missouri State Highway Patrol has issued a missing person’s report for a Pemiscot County man who was last seen on June 3.

Marc Randall Fullerton, 35, was last seen in Pemiscot County, Missouri, on June 3. He was wearing only black shorts. He has skull ring tattoos and full-length skull on both arms and recently had all teeth pulled out. He has blue eyes, brown hair and weighs 150 pounds and is 5-feet, 11 inches tall.
