No new COVID-19 cases reported by several local counties

There were no new positive COVID-19 tests reported Wednesday by the Scott County Health Department and one additional person has recovered.

Currently there are 153 positive tests in Scott County with 28 of those active. There have been 114 recoveries with 11 deaths.

There were also no new cases reported in New Madrid County or Mississippi County as well on Wednesday, as there are 36 positive cases in New Madrid County and 80 positive cases in Mississippi County.

The Stoddard County Public Health Center has also not reported any new cases, with 125 total positive cases being reported. There are 24 active cases with 93 recovered and eight deaths.

The Dunklin County Health Department is reporting five new case and eight recoveries. There have been 83 confirmed COVID-19 cases in Dunklin County with 23 active and 57 recoveries. There have been three deaths.

The Pemiscot County Health Center was still reporting 106 positive cases early Thursday afternoon with no new cases announced.

The Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services reported 291 new cases Wednesday with nine additional deaths. To date, there are 18,868 positive cases with 975 deaths.
