Archie Winford Jr.
NEW MADRID, Mo. — Archie Winford Jr., 55, died Aug. 3, 2020, at Missouri Baptist Hospital in St. Louis.
Born May 10, 1965, in Lilbourn, Missouri, he was the son of the late Irma Mae Walker and Archie Winford Sr.
He was also preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Jim Winford and Elizabeth Green Winford; maternal grandparents, Eddie and Corrine Walker; and three grandchildren.
On Feb. 10, 1995, in New Madrid, he married Zelma Branch, who survives of Sikeston.
In addition to his wife, survivors include: his children, LaKendra Hamilton of Jonesboro, Arkansas, Shironda Debose of Jefferson City, Missouri, Archie (Mackenzie) Winford of Howardville and Janisha (Lamarr) Winford of Howardville, Missouri, Antavies (Becky) Winford of Lilbourn and Autriuna McCatrey of Charleston, Missouri; his siblings, Leroy Winford of New Madrid, Elise Shepard of Marston, Missouri, Ulonda Winford and Andre Winford of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, Latrina Cooper of Sikeston, William Austin of Howardville, Demetruis Moore of Lilbourn, Derek Moore and Cliffton Ressono of Jefferson City, Angie Moore of New Madrid, Shontae’ Wigfall of Mississippi, LaQuanda Cavan of Tampa, Florida, Tony Bufford of Osceola, Arkansas, Elizabeth Smith and Nicole Smith of New Madrid, Gladys Mushatt of Fort Wayne, Donald Tribblet and Mark Smith of Nebraska; and 19 grandchildren.
Visitation is from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. today at Life Changers Restoration Ministries Church-Lilbourn, where services will be at noon Saturday.
Burial will follow in the Evergreen Cemetery at New Madrid.
DeLisle Funeral Home in Portageville is in charge of arrangements.
