SIKESTON —John T. Moore, 69, died Sept. 28, 2020, at his home.

Born April 18, 1951, in Sikeston, son of the late Madison and Katherine Jackson Moore, he was a self-employed contractor and owner of the Rug Rats Daycare until his retirements. He was of the non-denominational belief.

His wife, Linda Williamson Moore, survives of the home.

Other survivors include: four daughters, LaShonda Renee (Marcus) Robinson of Sikeston, Onetia Williamson of St. Louis, Leanna Williamson of Park Hills, Missouri, and Garmika Foster of the home; six sons, Cleveland Williamson, Mark Williamson and Marquise Williamson of Sikeston, Scipio Williamson of Jackson, Missouri, and Eddie Foster III of Sikeston; one brother, Roy Moore; one sister, Pealie Mae Dixon of Sikeston; and 21 grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Leonard Davis; two sisters, Vera Francis Rainey and Ora Lee Davis; and a granddaughter.

Visitation will begin at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Driver Funeral Service Chapel in Sikeston with the Rev. Jason Moore officiating. For personal and public safety, all visitors at the service are asked to practice socical distancing and wear face masks.
