Apostle Nathaniel Green of Sikeston, Missouri, was recognized by Jeff Spears, the resident agent in charge with the Drug Enforcement Agency’s Cape Girardeau, Missouri, Field Office, and Sikeston Department of Public Safety Director James McMillen. This recognition stems from Red Ribbon Week 2020, held in October each year in memory of Agent Enrique “Kiki” Camarena and participation in drug prevention activities. Green was approached as part of an outreach program to help connect with the community to prevent an ever-growing number of fatalities due to overdoses. He was chosen due to being a lifelong Sikeston minister and having a personal relationship with numerous people in the community.
