Students of the month named

SIKESTON — Brionna Flye and Rayna Taylor were named Sikeston High School Students of the Month for February.

Sikeston Public Schools Foundation, which sponsors the monthly program, names two seniors each month for the honor during the 2020-2021 school year.

Flye, who is the daughter of Keisha and Willie Burrow, is active in FBLA, Speech and Debate, DECA, Model UN, Key Club, Link Crew, National Honors Society, A+ Scholars Program, Student Principle Committee and PACT, or Police and Community Together. She also serves as the vice president of Student Council. Her hobbies include community service, participating in school activities, reading, writing and public speaking. She said she also loves eating and spending time with her family and friends.

Taylor is the daughter of Jeff and Kerrie Taylor and a virtual student. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, online shopping and watching Netflix.
