Tonya Sparlin, counselor at the Sikeston Fifth and Sixth Grade Center, was recently recognized as the Elementary Counselor of the Year by the Southeast Missouri Counselors Association while Joanna Moreland, counselor at the Sikeston Alternative. Center, was recognized as Counselor of the Year by the Southeast Missouri Counselors Association.
