Anyone have hearing aid problem?

I would like to know if anyone else in this town of Sikeston, signed up for the discount hearing aid at local business. I paid $150 for my mother to have a discount hearing aid and I called them at a local business and I got hung up on because it was a discount hearing aid. Has anyone else had this problem?
