Noe, Lape named Students of the Month for September

SIKESTON — Jay Lape and Ellie Noe were named Sikeston High School Students of the Month for September

Sikeston Public Schools Foundation, which sponsors the monthly program, names two seniors each month for the honor during the 2021-2022 school year.

Lape, who is the son of Jill and Deke Lape, is active in Student Council, FBLA, DECA, National Honors Society, Link Crew, varsity golf team, Bleacher Bums, Principal Advisory Committee, yearbook, Foreign Language Club, and he’s a YMCA volunteer. In his spare time, he enjoys watching movies, listening to new music and hanging out with friends.

Noe is the daughter of Doyle Noe and Molly Sain. Her activities include orchestra, Model UN, World Language Club, National Honor Society, Future Business Leaders of America, Student Council and Key Club. Her hobbies include playing her instrument, dog sitting and reading.
