Local students graduate from Missouri State University 

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — Missouri State University awarded 1,509 degrees to students in fall 2021. The commencement ceremonies took place Dec. 17, 2021, at JQH Arena in Springfield.

The following local students earned degrees:

Jacob Reynolds of Sikeston graduated with a Master of Business Administration.

Allison Gilmer of Sikeston graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Education, Elementary Education.

John Brehmer of Dexter graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.

Michaela Gard of Dexter graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Education, Early Childhood Education.

Noah Hester of Bloomfield graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations, Honors College.

Ethan Martinez of Dexter graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations.

Students who graduated with honors completed at least 30 credit hours with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5.
