Portageville High School Class of 2022 to graduate May 5

PORTAGEVILLE, Mo. - The Portageville High School Class of 2022 will receive their diplomas in a ceremony set for May 5.

The ceremony will be at the school’s football field, weather permitting. Entrance to the field will be through the main high school football gate by the cafeteria that evening with all other gates closed. In case of inclement weather the ceremony will be in the school gymnasium.

Each graduating senior will receive eight tickets for access to the field and for reserved seating All seating will be assigned in advance so parents will not have to worry about seating.

Tickets will be distributed to the graduates the week of graduation.

Additional tickets for bleacher seating at the football field are now available for $10 each. Also tickets may be purchased on graduation night for $10 each. These tickets are for all ages and for the bleacher seating only. Proceeds from the sale will go to the junior class.

If the weather does not allow for the outdoor ceremony, the seniors will still receive eight tickets, however the general admission to the gym may be limited based on space available.

Senior Awards Night and the playing of the senior video will be May 3 in the school gym.
