Governor visits Richland R-1

Missouri Gov. Mike Parson and his wife, Teresa, visited Richland R-1 Schools on Friday afternoon to celebrate the Elementary School's Blue Ribbon they were awarded in November. The pair visited classrooms and learned about the Youth Coding Program and the robotics program among other things. The Sikeston Career and Techonology Center assisted Richland senior Brad Billingsley who presented the Parsons a metal cutout signed by Richland staff and students.
