Second man is sentenced in fraud scheme

CAPE GIRARDEAU -- A second man involved in a mortgage fraud scheme involving the sale of residential real estate in Sikeston was sentenced to federal prison on Tuesday. Robert P. Wrolstad of O'Fallon was sentenced to 108 months on a 34-count indictment for his involvement in the scheme, said Acting United States Attorney Michael W. Reap.
