I just wanted to say what a nice job the city did on Smith Street during the snow storm. They came in here with a tractor and a shovel and had everything shoveled off. They had men out here with shovels and had the sidewalk cleaned off. They did a great job. Then the ice hit, and of course, they couldn't do anything about the ice.
