JACKSON -- A Jackson man accused of sexual abuse of a child appeared in court Friday morning to request a reduction in bond and a change of venue for the case. There is a house on North Sixth street with four junk trucks, two or three boats, appliances and other junk in his yard. He also has an old cargo trailer in his yard and another neighbor was told he couldn't use one for a storage shed. Also on the corner of Fifth and Hart, there is a shed in the front yard right on the corner. Please help us get this mess cleaned up...
