Woman charged with theft of vehicle

BENTON - A Sikeston woman is accused of taking a vehicle from an Oran business. Dawn C. Faltz, 38, is charged with the felony of tampering with a motor vehicle. According to Scott County Sheriff Rick Walter, deputies responded to County Highway 371 and State Highway in Stoddard County on Saturday where they were advised a vehicle was just stolen from the Oran Mini Mart and later located in Stoddard County. This is to the person who lost their cranberry juice. A few years ago at Walmart I was recovering from hip replacement surgery and was in the automotive department. I hung up my cane on a shelf and walked to another aisle to look at something else. When I came back, my cane was gone. Walmart checked lost and found, nothing there. Went back the next day, still nothing in lost and found. People will even steal a disabled man's cane. Not much more you can say about that...
