The Caruthersville City Council met in regular session on Monday, Nov. 20. During that time another adjustment was made to the past minutes as Councilperson JJ Bullington said it should be noted that Tom Tidwell made the statement he had a petition for a “recall” of the election on the Mayor. Clerk Takella Motton said she had listened to the tape and it did not say recall. Bullington said she had it recorded as well and he had stated recall. MDC reports more than 7,700 deer harvested during antlerless portion
