SIKESTON — Four people were arrested after officers executed search warrants for heroin sales and use Friday in Sikeston. On Friday, officers with the Sikeston Department of Public Safety Criminal Investigations Unit, assisted by the Sikeston DPS Special Operations Group, served three search warrants at three residences in the City of Sikeston., according to Capt.
