The Honorable Judge Fred Copeland of Circuit Court 34th Judicial Circuit, said his farewells as he retired from the bench for the last time. Last week, he swore in Edward Reeves who won the judges seat during the November election. Copeland was the longest sitting judge in the State of Missouri, and the longest sitting presiding judge in the State of Missouri.
