Melvin Ray Hufford Jr., 42, of Tallapoosa was charged Thursday through New Madrid County with first degree involuntary manslaughter of Teresa Butler, a 35-year-old mother who went missing from her Risco home, on Jan. 25, 2006, and tampering with physical evidence in a felony prosecution on the same date, according to online court records...
