SIKESTON — Standard Democrat offices are closed Monday for Columbus Day, but don’t forget to stop by a free to-go meal from 4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Employees at the Standard Democrat will prepare and serve a meal that will include a hot dog, chips, cookies and a drink.
