I like the new look on your newspaper Web site, it is great. Keep up the good work. I do receive the paper at home, but if I pitch something I want to read ater. Great!

This is to the person who dropped the big pregnant golden retriever at Pharris Ridge, you s.o.b. She just had 10 puppies. We are having to feed her and now we are going to have to take her to the pound. People who buy dogs and let them go, they should be put in prison. I hope you are happy.

I too, am an advocate for Chief Juden and his officers. I think they have done a wonderful job and I appreciate that very much. We still have this one main problem on the west end of town and that is the noise ordinance. I don't understand why it cannot be enforced. If you call the dispatchers give you attitude. At one time they were very polite and would answer and state their name. Now they are just answering and saying, "Okay, we'll see. I'll get somebody down there." But nothing seems to be getting done again. I work nights and have to sleep days. Sometimes I sleep late in the afternoon. That is impossible on the west end of town. It cannot be done. Sometimes I go into work early so I can sleep a couple of hours before my shift begins so I cannot get any rest at home. Chief Juden, you've done a wonderful job. Your men for the most part are great to us. Your dispatchers have an attitude. They don't say their names, you don't know who you are talking to. I think they should be on some kind of personal level with the public. We try to be fair to them, but they are not being fair to us. The noise ordinance may not be important to your dispatchers or officers, but to us who have to work nights, it is an important matter. Even on our days off it is important when you can't tell your television when your windows are shattering. We are seriously considering moving to another town because of this. Drugs and murder are against the law. Noise is against the law in Sikeston. Why can it not be enforced?

This comment is to the board of probation and parole in Sikeston. I'd like to know why you see all these people on probation, especially minimum probation that never get UI's taken and checked for dirty urines? There's a lot of them out here smoking pot, doing meth and I would like to know why you all don't do something about that. I know of a case where a guy is on for child support, he was tested for drugs in his system, it came back positive and he was told that he wasn't in trouble for drugs so they weren't going to do anything about it. There are too many people running around on minimum probation, no jobs, smoking pot, doing crank, doing crack. Why don't you all get up your butts and do something about it?

This is to the old man that remembers back talking about Clinton. Not all Democrats are homosexuals or not all Democrats kills babies. Homosexuality has been going on for decades fellow and your brain must have shrunk in the process of you getting old as an eel. The Taliban and all that mess has been going on for years, Bush just brought it out. Not all Democrats are bad people and I'm sure there are some homosexuals that are Republicans too. You just need to get a life old man, 'cause you sure don't know what you're talking about.

How do I report the illegal Mexicans that are piled up in the apartment buildings in the west end of town with their girlfriends having babies? I'd sure like to know.
