Noffsinger - Cantrell

MAYFIELD, Ky. - Rachel Nicole Noffsinger and J.R. Cantrell were united in marriage during an evening ceremony June 16, 2007, at Grace Baptist Church in Murray. Sammy Cunningham performed the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Daryl and Tannie Noffsinger of Murray. She is the granddaughter of Dan and Helen Hanifen of Deer Lodge, Mont., Darwin and Joy Noffsinger and Walter and Wanda Spraggs, all of Mayfield, and the late Norma Hanifen.

Parents of the bridegroom are Tony and Cynthia Cantrell of Wickliffe. He is the grandson of Jack and Frances Britt of Sikeston, Mo. and the late Leonard and Mary Cantrell.

Vocalists were Daryl Noffsinger and Tony Cantrell, accompanied by music provided by Jeanie Fraser.

The bride was given in marriage by her parents.

Matron of honor was Dana Wilford of Mt. Vernon, Ill. Patty Wallace of Melber served as bridesmaid. Junior bridesmaid was Kayla Cantrell-Phillips of Oran, Mo. Flower girl was Jayla Wilford, daughter of Michael and Dana Wilford of Mt. Vernon.

Serving as best man was Anthony Meadows of Sikeston. Groomsmen were David Payne of Sikeston and T.C. Cantrell of Sparta, Tenn. Nathan and Cody Pullen, of Wyatt, Mo., cousins of the groom, served as candlelighters and ushers.

A reception was held following the ceremony at the Family Life Center of Grace Baptist Church. The guest book was attended by Sarah Cantrell of Bertrand, Mo. Servers were Marilyn Pullen of Wyatt, Jennifer Cantrell of Bertrand and Jessica Cantrell of Sparta.

Larry Fraser, of Victory Baptist Church in Wickliffe, performed pre-wedding officiation.

Following a honeymoon to Lighthouse Landing in Grand Rivers, the new Mr. and Mrs. Cantrell are making their home in Murray.
