BERTRAND - Steven and Angela Wheeler are the parents of their third child, second daughter, born at 11:32 p.m. July 23, 2005, at Southeast Missouri Hospital. Samyiah Renee Wheeler was born weighing 7 pounds, 8 ounces and 20 inches long.

Mrs. Wheeler, employed by Susanna Wesley Learning Center, is the daughter of Barbara Sharp of LeCenter, Ky., and Clarence Lawrence of Charleston.

Wheeler, employed by Charleston Housing Authority, is the son of Anne Olsen of Newport, Vt., and Wayne Wheeler of St. Louis.
