This is a small Sikeston retail businessman and I would like to speak out against this proposed sales tax increase. I think it will destroy what little retail business we have left in Sikeston. I think city government needs to trim their budget, look at their salaries. Let's look at other ways to get by and live within the budget. Vote no against this sales tax.

Lambert's since you are now building a new restaurant I wish you would taken into consideration a drive-thru window for those of us who are alone and we don't wish to go in and eat by ourselves.

After reading Mike Jensen's editorial and determining that he is a GOP opposition. I suggest to him to save his hatred of Bob Holden for Osama Bin Laden, Hitler and the KKK, that is if he can.

Believe me, my friend, there's plenty enough to go around and you may have just been added to the list.

Is everybody having trouble in Sikeston with their Channel Six? Ours has been almost unwatchable in the mornings for about two weeks. We have called the Cable Company and they say it is the problem is coming out of Paducah. Does anybody know the facts?

I just dislike the KFC commercial. It is disgusting. Showing American slobs. I am never going to KFC again.
