Speakout 9/14

Friday, September 14, 2007

I am confused, as to not only to Sikeston School busses not stopping at stop signs, but to the apparent disregard of seat belt laws ignored by the BMU and the DMU. These violations are systemic to say the least. The paper has also shown front page pictures of city workers not using personal protective equipment that should be required not only to prevent accidents but to keep insurance costs at a minimum. I don't want to be negative, only observant.

My speakout is about the homosexuals kissing on the soap opera on KFVS-12. I happen to like that soap opera. If they have a problem with the real world, now we have white and black people kissing and everything like that. They just need to get with the real world. I'm not gay, but I don't have a problem with gay people. I don't have a problem with whites and blacks. It's going to be on all TVs so they just need to deal with it.

This is regarding the dog that is in the kennel behind Lowes, the cream-

colored dog. We are the owners of the dog and just so everyone knows, he gets let out for an hour every morning and at night. He gets walked around the block several times. He gets fresh food and water daily. His pen gets cleaned out every other day. His pen is a 10x5x10 foot pen. The only reason you even notice him is the lot that we are on. If you walk around the neighborhood, there are at least 10 other homes with dogs that are as big or bigger than our Lab. They are in the same size kennel, some of them have two dogs in the kennel. Our dog is too big to be in the house. We have a trainer that comes up twice a week and works with our dog, we work with our dog. Our dog is to help assist someone in a wheelchair. The dog is being trained to help a man in a wheelchair. He is taken care of, he is healthy. If you don't believe us, Animal Control has been out here because of the people that have been calling. They have come out here four times and have said that the dog is healthy, fed, watered, walked and ran on a regular basis. If you don't believe us, get up at 8 o'clock every morning and come out and see. Come out again every night when the sun has gone down and you will see. If anyone has any questions, we are here all day, everyday. Feel free to stop by and check it out.

Call these gays who keep making fun of the person objected to the homosexual kiss on KFVS television. Right and wrong are the same, they never change with the times. Right is right and wrong is wrong. And homosexuality is wrong. It always has been and it always will be. It's an unnatural act.

Since when is it right for a Sikeston Police Department officer to cuss a citizen. And to cuss this citizen when there is a 10-year-old child and a 7-

year-old child in the vehicle with them.
