I hope you print this letter. I wonder what it takes to be considered an equal. I work for an area school and was really upset about something I heard. Please tell me why it is fair that the teachers were given Christmas bonuses when no one else in the school were? The rest of us work just as hard as the teachers. The secretaries have to keep up with everything, the cooks have to come in so early in the mornings to make sure they have breakfast for everyone and make sure that things are done in time for lunch. The janitors have to make sure that everything works properly or try to fix it if it doesn't. The bus drivers get up early, have to drive in the rain, sleet, snow and even when it's so foggy that you can't see two feet in front of the bus. They also have to make sure the kids get to school safely and try to monitor the students that ride the bus and watch the traffic. The teachers' aides work hard too, trying very hard to help so the teachers don't have so much to do. Why wouldn't you want to give all your employees a bonus and not just the teachers. No! We may not sit in the classroom 7-8 hours a day, but we work just as hard as they do. You know that even if it was $5 or $500 it would let us know how much we were appreciated. To me it seems like only the teachers are appreciated. Employees work harder and miss less work when they know they're appreciated. Even a damn ham or turkey would be better than nothing at all. I'm upset and hurt.

A thought for anti-Christ citizens, and global government elitists out there who lay their diatribe of Atheistic dogma and rationalize their anti-Christian bigotry on the false premise that Thomas Jefferson was their anti-Christian government prophet; and also for you who pervert the doctrines of Christ to fit your own scheme of religion devised for your own self-will lusts for money, power and deviant sex; hear the words of Jefferson, and reflect on them this "winter-festival" or "Christmas" season: "The truth is that the greatest enemies to the doctrines of Jesus are those calling themselves the expositors of them who have perverted them for the structure of a system of fancy, absolutely incomprehensible, and without any foundation in his genuine words. The day will come when the mystical generation of Jesus, by the supreme being as his father in the womb of a virgin will be classed with the fable of the generation of Minerva in the brain of Jupiter. But we may hope that the dawn of reason and freedom of thought in these United States will do away with all this artificial scaffolding, and restore to us the primitive and genuine doctrines of this the most venerated reformer of human errors." -- Thomas Jefferson (1743-1826), US Founding Father, drafted the Declaration of Independence, 3rd US President Source: letter to John Adams, from Monticello, April 11, 1823.

I'm looking for some fresh shelled pecans. I need to buy some for my baking. If you have any for sale, please call 471-5999.

What would dumb, lower-class Americans do without the preoccupation and distraction of huge pervasive charity drives used to prop up this economy that has been raided, robbed and depleted by our greedy, lying, spoiled brat, corrupt, elite business class? Get over it Americans. Stop playing the fool. Learn about political systems that can work for everybody, not just the elite. Charity has never meant a permanent exchange in the condition of the exploited classes in an economy like this. Wise up! Quit the crap, quit being a fool for the crap.

Happy holidays!
