SIKESTON - Frankie Maubline Stotts, 77, died March 20, 2008, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.

Born Sept. 7, 1930, in Double Springs, Ala., daughter of the late W.M. and Anna (Hicks) McDonald, she was a member of Tanner Street Church of God and had been a volunteer at Missouri Delta Medical Center.

On Dec. 25, 1949, she married Reginald Dean Stotts, and he preceded her in death on April 19, 1985.

Three brothers, Dee McDonald, Hubert McDonald and Lawrence McDonald; one sister, Mamie Hughes; and one grandson, Cory Dean Stotts, also preceded her in death.

Survivors include: one son and daughter-in-law, Reggie and Mary Stotts of Sikeston; one grandson, Chance Stotts of Sikeston; one stepgranddaughter, Stephanie Dorris of East Prairie; two great-stepgrandchildren, Cassidy and Lindsey of East Prairie; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held March 21 at Ponder Funeral Home. The Rev. Larry Smith, pastor of Tanner Street Church of God, officiated.

Burial followed in the Garden of Memories Cemetery in Sikeston.

Pallbearers were: Butch Glass, Arnold Joe Myrick, Ron Newton, Doug Scott, C.G. Scott and Chance Stotts.
