Speakout 5/10

This is to Take it to the limit. I've never been on food stamps and I'm not on food stamps now. What bothers me is ignorant people and you are surely one of them. You say people that are on food stamps should not be able to buy ham, shrimp, fish or pork chops. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard in my life. I hope someone takes your phone away from you soon.

I can tell you why there is so many wrecks here in Sikeston. Every time I go somewhere in my car, every time I come to a stop sign, I stop until my wheels stop rolling. No stupid people I see ever stop 'till there wheels stop rolling. They just come to a rolling stop and keep on going. Police need to catch all these people. I know it's hard to do, but there are a lot of them.

When I was reading SpeakOut today, a lot of things came to my mind. First of all was the people talking about people on welfare. You do not know what they are going through unless you live with them. So don't judge them. If you saw my mother you would think she was okay. She works everyday, eight to nine hours everyday, but she's very sick because of the treatments she took when she had cancer. She doesn't ask anybody for anything. She works everyday. There are some people out there you see walking the streets that you may see that you think are okay unless you KNOW what is going on in their life. Don't judge them. As far as abortion, I know what my Bible says and you know what your Bible says. But again, that's not for us to judge. My mother always taught me what Matthew says An eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth and vengeance is mine sayeth the Lord. So let God be the Judge. People, there is enough going on in the world today without us trying to right the wrongs. As far as the war. The Bible says there is going to be war until the end of time. If you don't believe it, read Matthew 24. It tells everything that is happening today. Instead of using SpeakOut to hurt someone, why don't we use it to be positive? As far as the Democrats and the Republicans, they're going to fight. It's kind of like churches, there's good and bad in churches. Satan arrives 30 minutes before anybody does. I never paid any attention to any of these things until I've noticed in the last two or three months what my mother has gone through. It's beginning to stick. I'm no Rodney King. I'm not going to ask that we all get along because I know we are all different individuals.

I would like to know why do all of the news stations keep carrying all of this about the illegal immigrants? If they didn't cover it then one city wouldn't know what the other city was doing. We have enough of them right here in Sikeston. Why don't we do our OWN boycott? And if you don't think we have any, drive down Marian Street and you will see.
