Buddy Carter

NEW MADRID -- Ronnie "Buddy" Carter, 48, died Dec. 8, 2005, at his home.

Born Aug. 8, 1957, he was the son of the late Robert Milton and Mamie Joyce Holt Carter.

Two sisters, Glenda Sue Carter and Gail Presnell, also preceded him in death.

Survivors include: four brothers, Ray Carter of Laforge, Gary Carter of Lilbourn and Robert Carter and Phillip Carter of New Madrid; four sisters, Louise Harp of Fredericktown, Shirley Williams of New Madrid and Patricia Carter and Phyllis Boulton of the home; and a niece, Rachel Kyle of the home.

Visitation is from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Richards Funeral Home in New Madrid, where services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday. The Rev. Jim Long will officiate.

Burial will follow in the Evergreen Cemetery at New Madrid.
