O'FALLON, Ill. -- Curtis Leroy Moore, 73, died at 8:30 a.m. June 9, 2006, at his home.

Born Aug. 31, 1932, in Golconda, son of the late Loren and Bertha Baldwin Moore, he lived in O'Fallon most of his life and was employed as a lineman. He was a retired member of IBEW Local 309 in Collinsville.

On July 26, 1952, he married Ella Jane Forrest who preceded him in death on April 16, 1994.

Survivors include: one son and daughter-in-law, Curtis Doyle and Jean Moore of St. Jacob; three daughters and sons-in-law, Nancy and Michael Largent of Hypoluxo, Fla., Rhonda and Jim Trenary of St. Louis and Regina and S.C. McCormick of Nashville, Tenn.; one brother, Jimmy Moore of Hammond, Ind.; and 10 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston, Mo., where services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Monday. The Rev. Joe Skinner of Kevil, Ky., will officiate.

Burial will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery near Charleston.

Pallbearers will be Eric Michiels, Tyler Trenary, Kyle Trenary, Timothy Belt, Tom Haupt and Craig Cook.
