John Doerschlen

PERRYVILLE -- John Frederic Doerschlen, 42, died Dec. 14, 2008, as a result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident near Perryville.

Born Sept. 24, 1966, in Ruislip, England, to Roy and Jacqueline Holden Doerschlen of Bloomfield, he was employed as a machinist by TG America in Perryville.

Survivors in addition to his parents include: two daughters, Kaitlin Doerschlen and Mollie Doerschlen of Steele; a former wife, Tammy, of Steele; and three sisters, Jennifer Whitaker and Sheri Parks of Bloomfield and Suzy Halsell of Memphis, Tenn.

Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home in Bloomfield where services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Thursday. The Rev. Bill Pennington will officiate.

Burial will follow in the Walker Cemetery near Bloomfield.
