Jean Nall

CHAFFEE - Jean Nall, 74, formerly of Benton and East Prairie, died at 8 a.m. Jan. 2, 2009, at the Chaffee Nursing Center.

Born March 27, 1934, in Mississippi County to Howard Lee Harr Adkisson of East Prairie and the late Robert Wesley Adkisson, she lived in Benton several years before moving back to East Prairie, then in June 2008 moved to Chaffee.

On July 22, 1953, she married Frank E. Nall, who preceded her in death on Sept. 11, 1999.

Survivors include: one son, Bud Nall of Bloomfield; one daughter and son-in-law, Vicky and Jack Martin of Chaffee; one brother, Charles Adkisson of East Prairie; one sister, Frankie Owens of Cape Girardeau; and three grandchildren, Darren Lincoln, Samantha Lincoln and Dakota Nall.

Visitation will begin at 5 p.m. Sunday at the Shelby Funeral Home in East Prairie where services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Monday. Bill Adkisson will officiate.

Burial will follow in the Dogwood Cemetery.
