ATV riders are injured

SIKESTON -- There were several accidents, two involving all-terrain vehicles, in the region over the weekend.

A Steele man was seriously injured while on an ATV on Saturday. The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the incident occurred around 5:30 p.m. on private property off Highway F in Pemiscot County. Terry A. Robertson, 36, reportedly lost control of the Yamaha he was driving and was ejected.
