POPLAR BLUFF -- Roberta McCormick Stagner, 91, formerly of Charleston, died at 10:40 a.m. April 25, 2009, at the Oakdale Care Center in Poplar Bluff.

Funeral arrangements are with the McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston.
