First time actress takes leading role in Sikeston Little Theatre production

SIKESTON - Emily Lynn admits she is now hooked on acting.

Just to prove her fiance wrong, Lynn showed up at the Sikeston Little Theatre tryouts for the musical "Once Upon A Mattress." She walked away with a leading role as Princess Winnifred, a princess who finds her prince and true love.

In the process, Lynn has found her way from the audience to the stage and couldn't be happier.
