SIKESTON -- Alice "Jane" Smith, 65, died March 13, 2013, at Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

Born May 29, 1947, in Sardis, Tenn., to the late Henry Larnce and Euda Mae Kennedy Russom, she was co-owner of Smith Auto Repair, and formerly owned the Dairy Cream.

On Aug. 13, 1964, in New Madrid, she married Robert Eugene Smith, who survives of the home.

Other survivors include: one brother and sister-in-law, Willard and Phyllis Russom of O'Fallon; one sister and brother-in-law, Virginia and Edward Smith of Paragould, Ark.; and two grandchildren, Brandi Lynn Burton of the home and Robert "Trey" Smith III of Sikeston.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Robert Eugene Smith Jr.; one daughter, Kemberly Jane Smith; one brother; and two sisters.

Visitation is from 2 p.m. until time of service at 3:30 p.m. Friday at the Nunnelee Funeral Chapel with Jerry Adams, pastor of Bethel Missionary Baptist Church in Sikeston, officiating.

Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery in Sikeston.

Pallbearers will be: Brent Russom, Jason Merritt, John Sipes, Mark Pearson, Bryn Ledbetter and Brett Evans.
