Patrol to step up enforcement of seat belt laws

POPLAR BLUFF -- Southeast Missouri law enforcement officers want more Missourians to buckle their seat belts.

On Monday, Troop E officers will join a statewide effort with other law enforcement agencies for an aggressive "Click It Or Ticket" mobilization.
