Bigger would be better

Would it be possible to have the crossword puzzle a little larger? I'm sure I'm not the only one that needs a magnifying glass. That would be great.

In the Sept. 19 paper, I think it's funny how you can misprint the pictures for the fifth and sixth grade and you can tell right away when you read it that the names are wrong by looking at the rows. Maybe you need to have someone recheck your printing.

Which way you leaning?

Mike, when you were growing up, all the cars were rear-wheel drive. When you accelerated it naturally caused the car to lean a little to the left. Rear-wheel drive cars would go faster around lefthand corners than they would righthand corners. That's why Nascars always turns to the left. With the new cars that are front-wheel drive, do they have a natural lean to one side or the other? What's the answer, Mike?

A bur in my saddle

Is there anyone in the city of Sikeston that knows how to get rid of sand burs? The sidewalk is completely covered and they are starting to get close by. You can't hardly walk down the sidewalk. Surely there's something that can be put on them.
