Lighting up the Christmas season

The First United Methodist Church, located at 1307 N. Main St. in Sikeston, is offering a light show from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. nightly (midnight on weekends) through the new year. Now in its fourth year, the 15-minute show features songs and a nativity scene narration. The scene is one of a handful of light shows in the Standard Democrat readership area. (Bob Greenlee, Staff)
