Sticking it to handicapped

I wonder why we even buy or have handicapped stickers in this town. My sister has MS and can barely walk, but every handicapped space is either a young person or a very healthy person that could walk from the north 40. My sister cannot. I have had a stroke and cannot walk very far. Everywhere I go in this town there are people without handicapped stickers parked in handicapped places. When I go to other towns, they ticket people that are parked illegally in handicapped places. Why can't Sikeston do that? To you people that are parking in handicapped places, you should be ashamed. You should have respect for people that are handicapped.

We got you covered
