Westbound traffic was diverted into one lane on Highway 60, one mile west of Sikeston, at 11:10 a.m. Friday to allow rescue personnel to move those involved in a two-car collision to the waiting ambulances. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Karen J. Strunk, 72, of Bella Vista, Ark., was driving westbound on Highway 60 when her vehicle struck a westbound truck driven by David E.
