No smoking, no drinking

I heard on the TV that they were gonna ban cigarette rights for all smokers. The deal is, deal or no deal, if you are gonna cut cigarettes out you need to cut liquor out. We don't like liquor in this town either. You know who you are, so thank you.

Bigger puzzle

I just received my Thursday paper and I'm glad to see you've enlarged the printing on the crossword puzzle. I can finally see what I'm reading. Now, can you tell me what will happen with the Tuesday crossword puzzle since you no longer publish a Tuesday paper? What about the Tuesday crossword puzzle?

There will be two crossword puzzles in the Monday editions of the paper.

Thank you for making the crossword puzzle larger. It is much appreciated.

To who ever enlarged the crossword puzzle, kudos to them. I love it. Thank you.

To speak or not to speak

Dietrich Bonhoeffer was a German pastor who split up the Nazi regime and paid for it with his life. His thoughts were expressed this way: 'Silence in the face of evil is itself evil: God will not hold us guiltless. Not to speak is to speak. Not to act is to act.'

Eat homegrown in America

I'd like to know why American businesses buy food from overseas and ship over here for us Americans to eat. So many of them are fed chicken manure, they're watered with sewage. I don't understand why they would buy that and bring it over here to our country. If you look it up, you can see how they process their food in China and Vietnam. I don't understand that. We're unaware a lot of time what we are eating.

Give us Ten

I miss the sports Top Ten in school basketball and football. Can you please put them back in the paper for us?
