Pray more

We are supposed to be a Christian country. What we need to do is quit bashing people and praying more. We also need to take a look at our government. We have a right as American citizens to put a stop to what's going on. In order for us to do that, we have to ban together, not bash each other. Do I believe there's abuse in our government system in Medicaid, Medicare and food stamps? Absolutely. I'm a single female, I work every day. I am over 50 and it is very hard to pay the bills and to eat. I work at a job that doesn't pay a whole lot. Also, I take care of the elderly which is more important to me than a dollar value. Some people may look down on that, but they need that. I see children hungry every day. And yes, myself, I've been very, very hungry many times in my life. More so lately. You can't get government assistance if you own your home. If you own your own vehicle you can get nothing. It's very hard to make ends meet. But I do know from experience, we need to quit bashing each other and pray. Actions speak louder than words. Stop bashing and start acting.
